What are you looking to do with Polymath?
I was honestly considering a career change before joining Polymath. After a string of bad work experiences in tech startups, I landed in what up to now has been the best job I've ever had. The work conditions are top notch and very flexible. The team is full of talented, reasonable and overall nice individuals. The hierarchy is very horizontal and I feel like my input is carefully weighed and considered. The tech is interesting, challenging and it has the potential of causing a large impact. What's not to like?
Before Polymath, I was just a heads-down recruiter. In a short span of 8 months, I’ve grown into a more well-rounded HR professional, implementing policies, establishing sound practices and driving our hiring strategy.
